1. Apa Tujuan Rekrut Karyawan Tersebut ?
Apa tujuan merekrut karyawan dengan level profesional yang biasa disebut Pro Hire? Hanya ingin menambah jumlah karyawan atau ada agenda lain? Hal tersebut harus diperjelas dengan argumen serta data-data yang dibutuhkan. Apakah karyawan profesional tersebut bisa menambah laba perusahaan, atau apakah karyawan profesional tersebut bisa memperluas lini bisnis anda? Silahkan dirapatkan dengan jajaran manajemen.
Pada intinya, dalam perekrutan tersebut harus jelas motif serta tujuannya apa. Jika hanya sekedar “membawa saudara dari A atau B”, sebaiknya jangan dilakukan.
2. Cek Pengalaman & Proyek yang Dikerjakan
Karyawan profesional berbeda dengan fresh graduate. Mereka punya pengalaman-pengalaman yang tidak bisa dihiraukan. Ada yang bertahun-tahun di bidang perminyakan misal, atau menjadi ahli di bidang digital marketing. Ini juga harus diperhatikan mengingat gaji yang mereka minta juga tidak main-main.
Selain periksa pengalaman, periksa juga proyek-proyek yang mereka pernah lakukan. Misalnya jika ahli dalam digital marketing, cek akun IG atau sosmed campaign apa saja yang sudah dilakukan. Lalu berhasil atau tidak dari campaign tersebut.
3. Track Record Pekerjaan Sebelumnya
Jaman sekarang, judul atau judi online menjadi momok bagi semua kalangan, termasuk para pemilik bisnis. Sudah banyak karyawannya yang menjadi korban dari kegiatan negatif tersebut. Oleh karena itu, periksa dengan detail track record calon karyawan tersebut. Apakah pernah melakukan fraud atau penggelapan, apakah pernah berseteru dengan manajerial atau atasan, dan lainnya.
Lalu poin yang paling penting adalah yang terakhir, yaitu:
4. Gaji & Fasilitas
Seperti yang sudah dijelaskan di atas, karyawan profesional sudah paham mengenai hak mereka. Salah satunya adalah gaji dan fasilitas apa yang akan didapatkan ketika bergabung.
Oleh karena itu, kita sebagai recruiter juga harus mengerti kebutuhan dan keinginan mereka. Hal ini tentunya bisa dibicarakan dengan baik. Kita sebagai recruiter juga tidak boleh terlalu memaksa keinginan kita, jika calon karyawan tersebut memiliki kualifikasi di atas rata-rata dan ingin gaji serta fasilitas sepadan.
